From the website: "Our story started as a bake shop called Biscotti Brewers. We opened as a dedicated gluten free bakery in 2021. From our humble beginnings, the business grew and we're so excited to finally be able to offer the greater Rochester area a sit down establishment.

We are offering internationally inspired comfort classics, that anyone can enjoy regardless of their dietary restrictions. We will continue to offer gluten free baked goods, plus breakfast, brunch and lunch items. All inspired by naturally gluten free dishes around the world. We're excited to offer a fun selection of international snacks that are made with clean simple ingredients and certified for those with food allergies.
