The Playhouse // Swillburger is a barcade/burger-joint located on the border of the Swillburg and South Wedge neighborhoods. A former church built in 1890, this historic red-brick building was destroyed by a massive fire years before owners Jeff Ching and Brian Van Etten rehabbed it to its current operating might.
