Established in 2022, Winter Swan Coffee is the story of a former corporate employee, a coffee fanatic who decided to pursue her lifelong passion for coffee.

Hi, I’m Quynh Bui - Founder of Winter Swan.

Started out in my kitchen’s corner as a home barista, I then realized how much I enjoy not just drinking coffee, but being able to make a delicious cup for others. Winter Swan LLC was founded with the simple mission of introducing a versatile coffee bar serving fun, delicious drinks all around Rochester.

As Vietnamese immigrant, I have such a personal connection to the coffee culture in Vietnam, as well as Southeast Asia in general. It’s reflected in the many Asian inspired flavors and beverages I serve on the menu. It is something I want to bring to Rochester, my second home, and be able to share with everyone locally.
