Genesee Brew House

While the Genesee Brew House opened in 2012, there's almost 150 years of history here that is open to the public. It is divided into the restaurant/bar, the Tasting and Tour room (The Pilot Brewery), and the Gift Shop. The Brew House also includes museum-like interactive and multimedia exhibits that feature the brewing process and the history of its storied-past.

The Brew House Restaurant includes a 41-foot long bar built by Genesee Brewing employees out of vintage cedar brewing tanks from the original brewery campus. Fresh beers on tap including two taps specifically reserved for guest brews; a menu that serves up American-style pub fare; an outdoor terrace that seats 28 patrons; and a unique rooftop patio seating about 50 patrons with a view out over the High Falls and Genesee River gorge flowing into downtown Rochester.

The Pilot Brewery offers a dynamic system of small-batch products that are exclusive to the Genesee Brew House and flights can be purchased for $5. Tours are given of the Pilot Brewery on the top of the hour when guides are available according to the daily schedule.
