Parlor City Vegan, established in 2016, is a restaurant and plant-based foods company based in Binghamton, NY. We strive to bring people together from all backgrounds to celebrate the regional bounty of Upstate New York with our changing seasonal menus, event catering, and line of plant-based food products.

By partnering with Upstate farmers who supply us with the best locally grown produce, we revisit our family classics- The types of regional dishes Sara’s Grandmother meticulously etched onto recipe cards then tucked away to preserve for generations. The type of “stick to your ribs” regional cuisine that Upstate New York is known for.
