Asempe Kitchen

Asempe Kitchen, located in Ithaca, specializes in providing the very best gluten, soy, and dairy-free, primarily plant-based West African food. We use 7 natural ingredients or less in the majority of our dishes. We cook in olive oil instead of the traditional palm oil. Our dishes are mildly spicy but we bring the spice to you in case you love having a spicier version of our dishes.

Asempe is also a part of Zero Waste Ithaca's Reuse Program, which encourages diners to bring their own reusable containers for takeout and leftovers as well as skipping the single use utensils and straws. Read more on the Instagram post.
